Tierra Wilson (Tee), AI & Business Growth Consultant for service-based businesses

hello

About Tee.

AI & Business Growth Consultant for Service-Based Businesses

I'm Tierra Wilson. Most people call me Tee. I've been self-employed for 15 years. Never had to get a job. I've worked with MyFitnessPal, Under Armour, Google, GoDaddy, Hewlett-Packard, and 500+ clients across every type of service-based business you can think of. I designed the pitch deck for a $475 million acquisition. I raised $1 million in grant funding before I was 25. I built a multi-six-figure agency while raising a kid as a widow in a city where I knew no one.

I've spent 15 years building the technology and systems that service-based businesses run on. Which tools to use, how to connect them, how to automate the manual work that eats your time, and how to build infrastructure that lets you focus on your clients instead of your backend. I've seen what works across 500+ businesses and I bring all of that into every conversation.

If you want someone who tells you the truth in a way that makes you actually want to listen, we'll get along just fine.

The origin story

How I got here

I started as a branding and web designer. I could code, I could design, and I understood how technology worked at a level most creatives didn't. But I was terrible at running the actual business. My first $10,000 client felt like I had made it. Then I did the math. Three months of work. That was $3,000 a month. And when the project ended, I had zero clients lined up.

feast, famine, feast, famine. for years.

The turning point was when I stopped thinking of myself as a creative and started thinking of myself as a technology and systems person who happened to run a business. I stopped designing websites and started building the systems behind them. The CRM configurations, the email automations, the client onboarding workflows, the tools that made the business actually run without me touching everything manually. I became the conductor instead of the person playing every instrument.

Everything I teach now came from that shift. I figured most of it out on my own because the business advice out there wasn't built for service providers. Traditional business strategies don't account for the fact that service-based business owners carry double the responsibility. You're running the business AND delivering the work. Most advice assumes you only have to do one of those things. That disconnect is what burns people out.

So I built my own systems. Custom made, tested on real clients, adjusted over years until they actually worked the way I needed them to. And then I started teaching them to other people.

Today

What I do now

I consult with service-based business owners whose technology and systems aren't keeping up with their growth. Tools that don't connect, workflows that are still manual, and operations held together by memory instead of infrastructure. I help them figure out the right tech stack, build the systems, and get everything automated so the business can run without someone personally managing every step.

I've worked with over 500 clients doing this work and I've seen the same patterns play out hundreds of times. The business owners who invest in their technology and build real systems are the ones who scale. The ones who keep doing everything manually burn out.

As an AI and business growth consultant, I work with people in a few different ways.

Off the clock

Outside of work

When I'm not consulting, I'm usually somewhere eating. I've visited every borough in New York for the food. I've eaten my way through Barcelona, Mallorca, Oakland, and all across the South. The best meal I've ever had was in Oakland, and I will talk about it if you let me.

I document everything. Cities, hidden spots, hole-in-the-wall restaurants, the places locals actually go. Over 5 million photo views on Google Local. Travel and food are my thing.

I live in Pittsburgh now with my son Bryant (everybody calls him Monster). We're figuring out the city together.
